Pawan Jain 
Chef Pawan Jain is from India and began his career with the Taj group of hotels in Mumbai.
Chef Pawan comes from a family that has a strong passion in good food. Having imbued this passion from an early age, he started his career with a course in food production from a catering college in Mumbai and followed this by graduating from the Oberoi School of Hotel Management in Delhi.
Over the years Chef Pawan has gained knowledge and expertise in the Indian, Thai and Continental cuisines but his heart has always stayed with the Indian. His favourite dish is Tandoori Prawns.
Chef Pawan believes that good and tasty food is simple, colourful and has a home-made feel.
